It's specifically for the Steelcase Leap V2 but I'm sure your experience would be similar with other chairs. The only missing adjustment is a height adjustable backrest. The Aeron is not good for $1000 new, but they're easy to find used because there are so many, and it's the best chair $400 will buy you. Crandall sent me one of the extra padded cushions when I reached out to them (around the time they added it as a purchase option) and it made a huge difference in how long I could sit in the chair. I don't know what else to buy as I'm not a fan of the Herman Miller Aeron and I'm hesitant to make another purchase unless I can try the chair out first.
