I went back to p90x3 to punish myself for all then holiday treats lol and found that not only did I NOT lose any strength (was using 12, 15 and 20 lb Dumbbells before PiYo) but – did not have to drop down my weights – gained a few push-ups , and definitely flexibility. I would lean towards PiYo if I had to choose betweeen the two. If all else fails you can always follow the modifier for any moves that you might have concerns doing. They have offered so many amazing training opportunities which have helped me step out of my comfort zone and build my confidence as a leader. In fact, the diets are very similar aside from using the colored containers to measure your food vs serving sizes. 1.
